ALCACHOFA SOFT S.L. agrees that the product will be available within the deadlines stipulated at the time that PayPal confirms payment, and inform the customer of any issues that may arise.
The CUSTOMER may download an electronic invoice in PDF format of the items purchased within seven (7) days from date of purchase, from the control panel of your account.
ALCACHOFA SOFT also seek the servers that host its products remain operational and error free. ALCACHOFA SOFT shall in no way responsible for problems in the Internet connection of the CLIENT or problems in access to the virtual store from the connection.

Payment will not be refunded under any circumstances. Once located and fixed the error, ALCACHOFA SOFT will send to the CUSTOMER, for free, a downloadable patch for repairing his personal copy of the product.
